Global experience. Software-led delivery.
Much of my career was developed at Shell and Shell Trading & Shipping, followed by senior work with CME/NEX and Centrica Energy. I have led initiatives across Singapore, Malaysia, China, Australia, South Africa and Europe.
My centre of gravity is applications and software delivery: product and platform change, AI, integration, Agile delivery, programme and project management. I also bring substantial infrastructure experience, allowing me to manage the complete technology outcome without making infrastructure the proposition.

My style is direct, structured and pragmatic. I establish the required outcome, make ownership clear, surface difficult issues early and maintain confidence through transparent delivery.

I work comfortably with executives, business leaders, product and engineering teams, architects, operational specialists and suppliers—creating a shared view of what matters and what happens next.
